Accepting these terms

By accessing or using AinaBazaar, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your responsibility

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and promptly update details that change. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may request verification or restrict an account to protect customers, comply with law or investigate suspected misuse.

Catalogue

Product information and pricing

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, availability and prices. Screen colours and packaging may differ slightly. If an obvious catalogue or pricing error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected item and return the amount paid. Offers and coupons are governed by their displayed conditions.

Purchase

Orders, acceptance and payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after confirmation and remains subject to inventory, payment authorization, delivery serviceability and fraud checks. Cash on Delivery may not be available for every product, account or pin code. A transaction receipt does not override a later failed or reversed payment status.

After purchase

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Delivery estimates and charges follow the Shipping Policy. Cancellation is available only while the option appears for an order. Return, replacement and refund eligibility follows the product-specific terms and our Returns & Refunds policy. Certain hygiene, customized, digital or installed products may have restrictions.

Fair use

Acceptable conduct

• Do not access another person’s account or impersonate another user.
• Do not interfere with the website, automated protections or normal order flow.
• Do not submit fraudulent payments, returns, reviews or promotional claims.
• Do not scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit protected catalogue or interface content without permission.

Ownership

Content and intellectual property

AinaBazaar names, marks, interface, original text and visual assets are protected by applicable rights. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Reviews or other content submitted by users must be lawful, accurate to their experience and free of third-party rights violations.

Updates

Service changes and contact
